Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA).
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the machine and securely pack it in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and hardware are included.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a carrier pickup for oversized fitness equipment.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
